Jay Isenberg

Facilities Coordinator

Jay has over 40+ years of experience as a contractor, carpenter, Audio/Visual installer, musician, and “sound guy,” so he brings a new wealth of knowledge to the Forest Hills UMC staff! He has owned his own business for the last 30 years, and has assisted over 100 churches in installing and implementing Audio/Visual, security, and lighting technology. Giving his heart to Christ at an early age lead Jay in discovering his gift of service. He hopes to provide an environment that enhances everyone’s worship experience.

Jay moved to Oak Hill from Knoxville when he married his high school sweetheart, Jean. Together they have four children and three grandchildren. Jay enjoys beekeeping, playing Pickleball, bass guitar, supporting UT basketball, and fishing at their lake cottage.

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
